Hotel Kronplatz provides lodging with varied features. Comfort rooms include a bathroom with a shower and toilet; some include a bidet and a balcony. Comfort rooms are also available without a balcony. Dolomites Rooms have a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, toilet, bidet, and a south-facing balcony. Tirol Rooms feature a west-facing balcony. Junior Suites include a new 40" LED Sat-TV, wooden floor, two separate rooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and a north-facing balcony. Tirol Suites offer two separate rooms, carpeted floors, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, an additional toilet, and a large northwest-facing balcony. Single Rooms are equipped with a French bed, a new 40" LED Sat-TV, a telephone, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hairdryer, a balcony, and a safe.

The culinary experience at Hotel Kronplatz starts with a rich breakfast buffet, which features warm rolls, croissants, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and sausages. The restaurant menu includes local and Italian dishes, made with seasonal ingredients. South Tyrolean specialties and Mediterranean cuisine are available in the evening. Guests can enjoy dumplings, soups, meat and fish dishes, cheese, and vegetarian dishes, with wines from the hotel's wine cellar.

Hotel Kronplatz features a wellness area, including a Finnish sauna, biosauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and XXL whirlpool. Hotel Kronplatz is situated in Valdaora/Olang, 95 km from Bolzano. It serves as a starting point for walks and excursions in the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz hiking area. A cable car, 1.5 km from the hotel, offers 360° views. In winter, the ski slopes are 1.5 km away; a free ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Guests arriving by train can use the 'Anschlussticket Südtirol' for local transport to and from the train station. The hotel is near the Valle di Casies-Gsieser Tal, Valle Anterselva-Antholzertal and Val Badia-Gadertal valleys.
